AT Overland’s Aterra Slide-In Camper (ASI) brings the company’s legacy of rugged, world-ready design into a modern lightweight hard-sided platform built for today’s adventurers. Honeycomb composite construction and UV-stable polyurea exterior deliver true four-season durability at a remarkably low weight – starting under 760 pounds for the basic DIY shell and 820 pounds for the Standard Model. The angled exterior improves trail clearance and structural strength, and AT’s self-aligning bolt-in mounting system makes installation fast, secure, and completely strap/turnbuckle free. Available now for full-size trucks and for mid-size trucks beginning in mid-2026, the ASI stands out for versatility, resilience, and genuine expedition-level capability.
Inside, the ASI provides a fully enclosed, insulated living space that adapts to each owner’s needs. Customers can choose the minimalist DIY shell or Standard Model. The upgradable Standard model includes an extendable 74″ x 80″ king bed, RedArc power management system, Lion Energy 105Ah Lithium battery, 185W solar panel, dimmable LED lighting, Tern roof fan, four double-pane Tern windows with screens and blackout blinds, and multiple USB and 12V outlets. Up front, a dedicated power cabinet organizes electrical components neatly while doubling as cushioned seating. Integrated safety gear is positioned here as well, incorporating essentials without intruding on living space. A roof-mounted port supports Starlink Mini for off-grid connectivity.
